This Privacy Statement describes how THE INTERNATIONAL ALLIANCE OF UROLITHIASIS (hereinafter referred to as "IAU", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses and protects your personal information when you use the IAU mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App").

By accessing and using this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms of this Privacy Statement. If you do not agree with any part of this statement, please stop using our App immediately.

Our App is intended for adult medical‑industry professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected information of minors, please contact us promptly so we can delete relevant data.

Our App does not support automatic in-app refund. If you need to apply for a refund, you must contact our customer service via the contact information listed above. After verification, the administrator will manually process the refund in the backend system.

本App不支持应用内自动退款。如您需要申请退款，请通过上述联系方式联系客服；信息核验通过后，将由管理员在后台系统手动办理退款。

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10. 适用法律与管辖

This Privacy Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Privacy Statement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the Macao Special Administrative Region.

本隐私声明适用中华人民共和国澳门特别行政区法律，并依其解释，不适用其冲突法原则。因本隐私声明引起或与之相关的任何争议，应提交澳门特别行政区内有管辖权的法院专属管辖。
